Hi. I'm pimping out my HAF X all blue. I'm puting blue LED 200mm CM megaflows in the front intake, the side intake and 2 roof exhausts. I'm also putting an antec 140 at the back as an exhaust. I'm now looking for a blue backlit KB and a mouse with blue LEDs. Any ideas. Money is not to much of an issue.

Can't help you much with the keyboard and mouse. I can't recall seeing any matching the specifications on OC and we're not allowed to link competitors so all I can say is Google & a little research is going to be your best bet.
I will however give you a little advice regarding blue LED lighting. I did the same with my current build and lets just say, it gets a bit bright.
I took the following image on manual settings and my camera warned me I might not catch all the light from the source as my shutter speed was too quick (slower shutter, more light) but this is how it turned out:
As you can see it's a little bright.

Agreed a very good mouse and a nice shade of blue for your colour scheme.
The Logitech G510 or other G series have completely customizable colours any shade of any colours you can think of
