Help on PSU

budget is £120 at max.

i have no concern with either OCz or Corsair PSU's due to there utter failure in their products i've tried out.

At the moment i'm stuck between a Antec (Delta Design) or Seasonic PSU.

From what ive concluded; The seasonic PSU is one of the best PSU's however still quite overpriced whilst the antec PSU is almost one of the best PSU's but brings 290w to the table too.

Both found at the same price.

Any thoughts?

What's the specs of the rig you're powering with the PSU?

Aren't the current range of Antec PSU's made by Seasonic anyway?

I think they're the base for a lot of PSU's, pretty sure my XFX XXX edition is a seasonic underneath.

nope, the HCG to 620w is made by seasonic then HCG 750 + is made by delta, so are the HCP units.

i5 3570k, p8z77-V, HD 7970.

The seasonic 560x is far more superior than majority of PSU's, yet not many people own them, i'm mainly wondering why?

so yeah my 12 volt rail is oscillating between 11.5 & 11.6.... £120 PSU :/

i'll be borrowing Volt metre to make sure.... Another Return

ok i left my pc alone for around 30 mins and when i come back my pc was off & wouldn't turn back on!

Stranger more....

I reconnected my motherboard power cable & it worked?

the 12V rail is @ 12.2V

A nice 600mv jump.... :S
