Help on updating BIOS

Hi!

I need to update the BIOS on the computer I'm using now. The motherboard is a MSI 870A-G54.

I can't run the EXE because it won't run on 64bit. And I don't know how to update the BIOS otherwise. However I have heard it can be done via USB?

Need help ASAP!!!
