Depends what games you play. BF3, witcher 2, walking dead infact a lot of games can use a wired xbox gamepad.
I put a bluray drive in my HTPC too for 3D bluray movies, saved coughing up for a seperate bluray player and I can rip the movies to the rig so i dont have to keep changing disks. If you want to buy a dedicated monitor for the rig i wouldnt blame you
Ips panel AOC 130 queens heads dies that sound any good?
Another question in my head if anyone is still reading xD surely im gettin boring now lol thw GPU in question say in six month I upgrade MOBO and want to run Quadfire X with 2 will that same gpu still be available or can i use something in the same line?

Would you be able to upload a photo? From your description it does sound like a faulty card - so an RMA sounds like the thing to do.
To answer the questionably in your above posts (sorry I missed the posts):
- Yes if you want to run two cards in CrossfireX then you just need a HD 7850 2GB card from any brand (in fact a HD 7870 2GB card would work - but probably not ideal since you won't get a big performance increase with one in crossfire and they are more expensive). Just make sure you get a board that supports CrossfireX and the second main PCIE slot can run at x8 speed.
- May I ask which model AOC 23in IPS you are looking at? At the moment I would probably recommend this Iiyama 23in IPS over the AOC.
That card should have a cooler that is screwed to the PCB at four places around the GPU socket - if it came apart easily then it wasn't assembled correctly and you are entitled to an RMA replacement. I would suggest you contact the shop you bought it from ASAP and tell them the problem.
I wouldn't suggest you try fixing it yourself - as a self-repair would likely invalidate the warranty (since the company can't guarantee that the repair is up to their standard).
