I am pondering upgrading my PC as my PC only handles WoW at average 30-40 fps, which isn't bad, but I want better.

My specs are:
Mars Blue Case
AMD Athlon II x2 250
Gigabyte M68MT-S2P
KFA2 Geforce GTX 660
Corsair CX 500
Hitachi 500GB 7200RPM SATA II
LG Optical Drive

I was thinking about buying these upgrades:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail £189.95
1 x Gigabyte Z77MX-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard £104.99
1 x NZXT Phantom 410 Enthusiast Midi Tower Case - White £84.95
1 x Alpenföhn K2 Mount Doom CPU Cooler (Socket 775 / 1150 / 1155 / 1156 / 1366 / 2011 / AM2 / AM2+ / AM3 / FM1 / FM2) £59.99
1 x Patriot Viper "Black Mamba" Generation 3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz Dual Channel Kit (PV38G186C9K) £59.99

Total : £513.96 (includes shipping : £11.75).

Total : £502.21 (without shipping : -£11.75).

I was thinking of getting these, then using the GPU, PSU, HDD and OD from my current PC. I realise Haswell is coming out 1st June.

If you are ordering then don`t forget to use the 5% discount voucher 20KFANS, valid until midnight 31st May.

If I do order, then I won't forget to use that, but is that the best upgrade? And shall I wait until Haswell to see how they are? I don't mind not saving £25, if the Haswell are better.

If you are not in any rush, then wait to see some reviews and benchmarks, which will appear once Haswell is released.
