help on windows media center!

i just plugged an Ariel into my PC and set it up in windows media center i can watch and record TV, but how can i access these recorded files in windows and put them onto my iphone?

not sure about putting them on an iphone, but you can find the recordings in users>public>librairies>recorded tv if you're using Windows 7
