HELP! Only have upgrade disk, any way to install os?

Evening all,

Having just finished building my new pc I was eager to get into windows! Having forgotten my vista disk was only upgrade I went ahead with full format only to then realise what I have done!

Is there any way to install the os with only upgrade disk please?

Thanks for that, just after I posted this I managed to find it also. Going to give it another go tonight.
