HELP :( overclock locks up but can not stop it

Hi all, I have done stupid thing, I have put the memory unto 1000Hz from 950 default this was done in ATI CAT as soon as I done this the screen locked up.
So I re-booted comp but every time Cats load up I hear my fan profile kick in the the screen locks up again.
So I have removed the ATI drivers in safe mode re boot but no good just locks up again ?

I have got both my cards working with MSI AFTERBURNER and re set the memory and GPU's to default and this has worked but if I load up CCC CATS then locks up again ?

If anyone can guide me through would be great thankyou.

Try driver cleaner to uninstall your ati drivers and setting then reboot and install latest drivers
