help overclock my e8200 please :)

Hey guys.

I built a computer a few months back, but im still pretty noobish.

i would like to overclock my processor and stuff.

but dont really know how to do it and stuff.

so...i would really appreciate some help please

my compenents are...Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66ghz, Leadtek 8800gt 512mb, Gigabyte intel p35 (socket 775) PCI-express DDR2 Motherboard, 2gb of ram.

please post back, telling me what to do and giving me advice.
