Help Overclock my I7 to 4ghz

Currently I am at 3.8 ghz I have increased my blck to 190 and raised voltage to 1.35. I have tried to go to 200 bclk but have been unable to run prime95 for anytime. I raised the voltage to 1.375. Below are my temps atm with a Asus triton 88 cooler and a Asus p6t Using a Coolmaster case. The room temperate is quite cold so I dont want to risk causing issues come the Summer. What would be my next step.

i would leave it as it is. You will struggle to get it past that without water cooling and also with hyper threading on.

With HT off they go well beyond 4ghz but then you loose out on the performance that HT gives you;

yeh i heard the new i7 chips are toasty nand for good clocks water was the best but its just to expensive for most people

Oh well thought I might had a bit more room on the temps. 3.8 is not exactly bad. Was just smiling as I made 3.6 just by raising the bclk
