Hello, please help me, what I want to achieve is the same behavior as default set by motherboard but with higher clocks, ie when there is 1 running thread the cpu jumps to 4.5Ghz but when all cores are used they are at 3.8Ghz.
How can I increase frequency to let's say 5.2Ghz for one thread mode?

There is option in bios By Core Usage, but if changed it setups that frequency to all cores no matter how many threads are running.

My motherboard is asus x299 sage with updated bios and processor is watercooled.

without huge cooling (ln2) a 5.2ghz single core will never happen, from what I've seen on the web most 10980xe's can achieve a all core clock of around 4.5-4.6ghz and even then thats pushing a 360/420mm custom watercooling setup to its limit, the sheer heat output of a 18/36 thread core cpu is astronomical.

don't want to burst your bubble but you wont hit 5.2ghz on one core as thermals will sky rocket and the cpu would down clock to save its self, thus making it perform worse than stock.

may i ask what kind of cooling setup you have?

try updating your bios as the per core option may not work on first release bios's

5.2Ghz works for couple of cores no problem I already verified with prime95 no avx mode, Temps are OK.

My cooler is corsair h100x with two very powerful fan.

BTW custom water cooling does not beat closed loop coolers.
