Turn off all power saving features and turn the memory multiplier to its lowest setting while you find your CPU clock (you can restore this to 1600Mhz after you find the right CPU clock).

Turn all the voltages to manual and start by upping the fsb bit by bit and testing it's stability in windows via gaming or whatever you normally use the rig for. Eventually you will need to up the core voltage to keep the new clocks stable. Keep temperatures below 61 under normal use loads. When you find your upper FSB clock, you can turn it down a few notches and experiment with a combination of multiplier and fsb clock.

When it is all done, turn the memory up to the nearest clock to 1600mhz or as high as it will run. That is all there is to it for fx chips. If you find you get memory errors after turning the memory up, try bumping the nb/cpu voltage to 1.25/1.275
