Could be either, try running memtest86+ to see if your rams ok. Otherwise it could be that you need to change the hypertransport speed down a bit. The hypertransport should run near 1000Mhz (default is 200 x 5 = 1000) so putting it down to 4 or 3 might resolve your issue. If its ram you will need to use a devidor, (underclock it) to give you more headroom.
