Help overclocking Athlon X3 450 to 3.8/4

Hey!

Right I have a basic knowledge from overclocking but this new stuff spins me out

Could someone please give me direction to overclocking this CPU to 3.8/4Ghz?

Have you tried to unlock the other core on your cpu?
