1000 jeantech modular psu
Cosmos S case with 9 after market xigamtek fans and side window

3.6ghz @ 1.23125v - 20 * 180
1.44v dram ram running at 1800mhz
everything else is stock & enabled

Temps idle @ 38c full load prime small ftt @ 70c

Cant seem to get to 4ghz for some reason even with loading up on volts. I havnt changed any setting apart from cpu volts and setting ram volts at reccomended manufactuer setingd. I was thinking maybe i had to tinkerwith something else but dont know where to start. any help pls

I know about ocing just new to i7. Anyhow ive finally decided to stick @ 3.6ghz 1.23v. For some reason even trying to get to 3.8ghz requires a whole full volt?? to get to 4ghz needs a whopping 1.45 volts, so for an extra 200mhz is not worth all that extra jouice heat. Overall very happy at performnce. On ,y old computer need 2hurs to encode dvd just finished on i7 in 20mins!! and coud still use other apps
