Help Overclocking my 4790k

Afternoon folks,

I hope someone can help me as I've currently got a Asus Maximus Formula VII Z97 mobo and 4790k which I've been meaning to overclock but after going into the bios settings there seems to be a million options in there.

Does anyone have the same motherboard that can point me in the right direction as to which options I should be changing to get 4.5Ghz?

Any help is much appreciated.
 
Do you have the stock cooler on the cpu or is it an aftermarket one? Which one if so? That may affect how good an overclock you can get.
