HELP p5q pro error

can anybody help with error on p5q pro

hi there guys ive just put togther my new tower and when i load it up it brings up
express gate
error code:8c000002
express gate is not instaled on your system or the instalation is incomplete. to get internet acces within seconds of starting your computer. please use express gate installer to install express gate
then it says
chassis intrued!
usb device over current status detected!!
shutdown in 15seconds.
can anybody give me some advice please

nah thats not solving it the case intruded error shuts it down after 15 secs

Try a google with' error code:8c000002 '.- it throws up a no. of possibilities .

go into the bios and turn express gate off.

Ihad this problem when i hadnt set the wake up from mouse keyboard jumpers on the motherboard to on.

It sounds as though it's not letting you boot because you've opened the chassis.. I never understood how that worked, but can you not disable it (or at least reset the chassis intrusion sensor)? I think I've got that option in the bios!
