Help passing level 2 English and maths assessment for access course.

Hi guys,

I'm looking at starting an access course in September and need to pass a level 2 English and Maths exam to qualify as I don't have any formal qualifications. I'm pretty confident in my ability to do the course, I did very well when I got moved up from a short course to a level 3 btec in software development because of my performance. But its been a very long time since I studied anything, particularly maths.

Can people point me in the right direction to pass these tests?

Thanks for all the tips and advice guys, Maths doesn't come naturally to me and its been many years since I've had to study. I sat a mock test online last night for the AQA level 1 and just scraped a pass, but that was mostly down to forgetting stupid things like mode, median and mean etc etc and racking my brain as some of the ways I was taught to do things are outdated and didn't line up with the multiple choice answers. Ah well I've got 4 weeks to hammer it, I think I'll be okay.
