Help PC Probs !!!!

I Have just received all my Hardware put my PC together and it sometimes goes blank sometimes says Overclocking failed . I go into the Bios and it last about 10 secs before it freezes!!

HELP !!!!!!!!! any suggestions

What is the specification of the system? Does the motherboard have an auto-overclocking feature? Have you tried resetting the CMOS? If you can answer those questions it may help to determine the problem

AMD X2 3800
2GB PC3200 DDR400
Gecube ATI X850XT
300GB HD

Motherboard is Asus A8R-MVP Skt939 Xpress 200 crossfire No competitor talk please!
Dnt no if it has that feuture i have reset the cmos no change
