Help pc will not boot?

QUAD CORE CHIP
2 GIG OF GEIL RAM
600 WATT PSU
Asus P5B
HIS ATI Radeon X1950 Pro ICEQ 3 TURBO SILENT

The fans turn but no boot was work ok last night any ideas please,should i get a new mother board adn take it from there?

Are there any beeps or lights on the motherboard? Perhaps try re-seating the graphics card, trying one Memory DIMM, clearing the BIOS and see if that helps.

Do the Hard Drives spin-up?

no beeps i have tryed re seating the vga card and have reset the bios the bios screen came on once but to stopped there

So it even hangs at the BIOS screen. I wonder if it perhaps needs a BIOS flash for the Quad Core CPU? Sorry, I'm not much help! :confused:

Do the hard drives spin-up and make a noise? Have you tried moving the memory into different slots, etc?

the as been working a1 for a couple of months so should not have to really reseat any thing been working with quad all this time
