Hi. I've got a pc which has recently made a trip home from work and I'm having problems getting it to start.

When I turn it on I get a message saying RAID Volumes: None defined.
It then list the two drives and their status as Non-RAID Disk and says press <CTRL-I> to enter configuration utility.

However it won't seem to recognise my keyboard (I have tried several) so I can't do anything.

The pc worked fine before I brought it home, any advice would be appreciated.

can you get into the bios? frist i would start by unplugging everything from the pc except from the keyboard and try that if you have ps2 keyboard and a ps2 port on yout motherboard use that. if that fails you will have to do cmos reset on your motherboard for me that has worked everytime i have had this problem, but be warned you will lose all your bios settings so you will need to re-set them again.

A good thing to try would be to unplug everything (Even re-seat Ram) from the mobo and plug it all in again, it maybe a loose wire or it could be anything. Definately try the CMOS battery though, take it out and pop it back in.
