Hey all, so last night another one of my case fans died!

So I thought I would just buy a new case, I'm currently using an old Antec 900, with no dust filters so want to get rid of it.

I'm fully aware I can replace the fans, but replacing two fans with something decent will cost me £20-£30 maybe more which is already 20-30% the cost of a new case.

Currently I'm very fond of the H440, (Specifically the red one!) but I'm aware it may have issues with cooling which could be an issue for me. As my temps are currently around 65-70 on my CPU and 80 on my GFX (Though that could be due to two dead fans)

Also I should point out I'm using a Core2Duo CPU so it's not a modern 14nm thus produces more heat, my GFX is a 7790.

I'll be upgrading to either Zen or Cannonlake.

I also plan on getting the top end Polaris or Pascal card on release, (well after both are released and compared) so the case will need the space for them though I expect them to be smaller being 14nm.

I'm not against going for a smaller case or even a larger one, though ideally I'd like to keep to a mid tower, but if performance can justify it I'm more than happy to switch sizes.

I would like to keep the sleek simplicity of the H440 though, I've grown out of these fancy cases with styles to make them look like a robot or alien.

Thanks for any help.

It does look nice but I'm worried about heat on that one, just looking at it the H440 looks as though it would be drawing in more air due to its small grill on one side.

Perhaps a little big for your requirements, but I've been very pleased with my Phanteks Enthoo Luxe. It is a full tower, so you may want one of the mid tower variants.

I guess I'm just bringing the brand to the table as the build quality and included features (dust filters etc) is good.
