Help picking low power graphics card

I am looking for the most powerfully graphics solution but with a very low power consumption. The obvious option is internal graphics. If I go this way I have these options.

AMD 890GX with integrated ATI Radon HD 4290

Nvidia ION integrated graphics solution.

Intel integrated on CPU HD graphics.

The last option is a small PCI express graphics card. It would have to take its power from the PCI bus with NO extra power connectors. Must be no longer then 21cm in length. Must take up only a single drive bay slot. Idealy would have a built in rear exhaust extractor fan but does not matter if not.

What option would you go for? I am thinking the last one is the best but am struggling to find cards that for fill all the requirements.

Thanks

I'm assuming you dont want one with an external connector because your PSU doesn't have one? or are you doing a mini-build? :D
If you don't ahve one, you can easily get molex to PCI power adapters, for around £2 on the bay or here :)

I believe if you're read further than the last post you'd know the you 5750 green the powercolor made run entirely off the bus. Gl finding one tho :)

Thanks for the replies. That Green 5750 would be great but sadly is physically to large. So it looks like a 9800GT or HD5670 is called for :)
