Hey guys, I've been slowly amassing the parts for a custom loop but I need some help with choosing fittings and just checking whether or not I've overlooked something.

First of all, I'm only planning to cool an overclocked i5-2500k only. I have a non-reference 560Ti which I can't cool yet.

So far I've sourced:
* Primoflex Black Hose – ½” ID ¾ OD
* Swiftech MCP655 Pump (similar to Laing D5)
* Black Ice GTX Extreme 240 Radiator

I'm going to buy (soon):
* Bitspower compression fittings
* EK HF Nickel S1555 Block
* EK Multioption 250 Reservoir

Here's what my loop will look like in theory(updated):

Is this OK? or am i missing something?
Also would anyone know if a Corsair 600T can house the GTX240 Radiator at the top of the case? Its quite thick and I'm not sure if it'll interfere with the motherboard.

Thanks in advance for your help!

The pictures not coming up for me. The stuff you have looks good. You could also add a EK VGA Supreme Universal Water Block for cooling the 560Ti and get some ram sinks for the power mosfets. Also unless you really want the bitspower fittings (they are good and look nice) you can get cheaper ones but it looks like overclockers dont stock there own any more.

Also consider gettting the EK d5 X top. They improve te flow and head preasure over the standard top.

+1

The pump comes with the top ;)

Just so you know, the pump is the wrong way round in your pic, the inlet and outlet (just thought i'd point that out :p)

Other than that it all looks good :D

Bitspower are expensive, but I've heard its good quality compared to generic ones. Which other fittings would you recommend?

Good point - I forgot about that, I guess I need a 90 degree fitting (from the reservoir onto the inlet)?

EDIT: Picture Updated

I have EK ones, but the bitspower ones really are brilliant!

you can just put the pump facing up :)

Just a heads up 45/90 rotaries are flow killers, i just removed all mine and my flow near doubled. If you can do the loop without them i would. Your going to need some decent fans to get the best out of the gtx rad as it has a high fpi (fins per inch) scythe gt's are tried and tested, i'd opt for the 1850rpm versions. Everything else looks good.

I'll try that. 90 deg fittings are really expensive.... £16 :O

Already going for the Sycthe GT 1850, forgot to mention :p

Get good quality tubing like Tygon as it kinks less

Either that or use anti kink coils as they are superb. Just make sure you order the correct size :D

I couldnt see the picture at work and the OP never mentioned he had the EK top just the pump.

oh, it was in the pic :)

Anti kink's can look ugly so I don't use them
