Help planning hardline loop

So I've been out of the game for a good few years and due to lack of time, I've had the following just sitting around at home for 3 years gathering dust!

*Corsair 1000D case
*Asus Rampage VI Extreme motherboard
*Overclockers binned Core I9 7900x rated to hit 4.6 - 4.8 (need to check), with the EK full cover plexi RGB waterblock
*4x16GB G.Skill 3600mhz RGB Ram
*1tb Samsung 960 Pro m.2 NVMe SSD
*2x Asus Strix GTX 1080ti with Phanteks waterblocks (barely used!)

*12x White Monsoon EV2 Hardline compression fittings
* 8x 90 Degree White Monsoon EV2 hardline Fittings
* 16 tubes of Monsoon PETG 3/8" x 1/2"
*2x Alphacool NexXxos XT45 480 radiadtors
*1x Alphacool NexXxos XT45 420 radiadtors
* a ton of Corsair LL120 and LL140 RGB fans with led and fan controllers
* 2x Corsair commander pro's


Main reason they've been sitting wasting money is giving up after trying to plan the tube runs.

Here's a pic of how it looks at the moment:

The 2x 480's will be mounted with the G1/4" threads at the bottom with 90 degree fittings and extenders but I've removed them on the tray that comes with the 1000d for the time being. The top 420 has the G1/4" threads facing the rear as otherwise they get in the way of the front 480's. Most builds I've see have a 360mm rad up front and combined with the front 480's instead as having a 420mm up top like mine causes issues.


Any advice and ideas on how I can plan the loop, I've considered running a couple to the rear section behind the motherboard tray using soft tubing but I gave up with that idea.

Appreciate any help or advice.

I have 2x480's in the front, I just took them out to give more space for the time being.

It's the EK Dual pump and res combo so intake is on the top of the res, and outtake at the pumps which you can see in the second pic

Are all your radiators standard not x flow/Cross flow?
I like those as going in one end out the other can be much neater
And considered a distro block?

Phanteks new D120 fits a rear fan mount
Their D140 may also work but that's not a square shape so not universal

close the top right on the top gpu
left top outlet of top gpu to front inlet on top rad
rear outlet of top rad to inlet of monoblock
outlet of monoblock to front rear rad (when looking from this view point)
outlet of rear rad to rear inlet of front rad
outlet of front rad to inlet of reservoir

Thanks, yeah it's nice and that 7900x still as good as the 10900x which is nice to know! The two 1080ti's feel outdated now but only gaming at 2k so happy to stick with them.

They're not cross flow, however alphacool rads do have inlet/outlets on both ends so I could utilize that somehow as there is a port on both ends of the rad as well as thw two on one side of the 'tank' in the rad, if that makes sense.

Re-distro block, I have a Lian Li PC-011 ROG edition too and saw all the distro blocks ppl have used on the newer dynamic and thought that looked great, never considered on the 1000D but if I could fit it I would definitely get one because I like the way they look and they help with the tubing. The 1000d has rear dual 120 fan mounts so that would be a good option, I'll look into it. I'd love one on my PC-011 too.

Cheers, I have 4x4 i.e 16 monsoon prtg tubes so I'll give this a shot :D

Makes perfect sense
Got a 6 port alpha cool 480mm in front of me lol~though that is cross flow
I always get multiple port rads
As makes life much easier
Perfect for a fill port on top rad let's mavity help you as well as filling through reservoir
And when draining opening top port stops air locks
Good idea from phanteks a pretty much universal distro block rather than hoping one gets made specifically for your case

That's only a drain port - it's in the end tank so you'd only get flow down one side of the radiator.

You could do something horrible with a splitter on the way in to both sides of the U and force the outlet thru the drain but I wouldn't recommend it. That would get the whole radiator into use in principle.
 
Thanks for all your replies guys. I really like the Phanteks D140 distro block and it looks like it'll fit perfectly in the Corsair 1000D and the RGB will look great with the rest of my build so I think I will go that route
