help please artifacts :( :(

Could use a little help anyone any idea what could be causing these artifacts and possibly the best way to source the problem. This happens in most games I am playing.

Battlefield 4
Tera
Euro Truck Simulator 2

CPU/GPU overclocked?

The 7970 matrix platinum is known to have these kind of issues. If card is at stock then you should probably RMA it.

yeah the cpu is clocked but the gpu is stock settings
