Got a friend that needs help please, his specs are currently;

Motherboard
ASRock AM3 M3A770DE/A/ASR Motherboard Socket S/L 5200MT/S

Proccessor
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad 955 Core 3.2GHz Processor 4 x 512 KB Boxed - Black Edition AMD Phenom II X4 Quad 955 Core 3.2GHz Processor 4 x 512 KB Boxed - Black Edition ) unclocked.

Ram
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Two Module Kit x2 = 16gb

He's currently looking to upgrade his Graphics Card and buy a new monitor as he only has a 15" right now, but I'm worried his PSU might not hold up?

He has a budget of £300 and needs;

Graphics Card - would prefer Nvidia is possible
Monitor - 19" or bigger - 22" if possible.

and maybe a PSU?

Can it be done people? All help is appreciated!

Possibly, how does that PSU hold up? Is there any better for that price or is that bang for buck?

Its a good PSU, the only review for it is in German but passed.

You are right in thinking you need a new PSU, so a few alternatives are,

All of these PSU's mentioned including the bequiet have two PCI-E connectors and the OCZ is modular cabling.

Nothing wrong with Samsung F4 5400RPM the areal density is pretty high, i get transfers of over 100mb/s going from my F3 7200RPM to F4 5400RPM.
