help please cant boot new comp

Intel Core 2 DUO E6400
Asrock ConroeXFire-eSATA2 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Geil® Ultra DDR2 1.0GB PC5300 Dual Channel Kit (2 x 512mb) 667MHz (3-4-4-8)
Enermax Noisetaker 370W EG375AX-VE(G) SFMA ATX2.0 PSU (CA-005-EN)

everything is in ok, only additional devices are one ide hardrive and a wireless card, i know the psu has enough wattage becuase the peak usage calcs at no more than 310w, when i power on everything spins up, then the monitor trys to initiate display but insted goes black and comp starts beeping,

I'm leaning toward the prob being down to not having that 6pin power cable additonaly connected to the gpu, becuase it was not in the box, nor in the psu box/connections, please can anyone comfirm if i did infact need one or it's something else, thanks,

*edit* ok as im going to have to order the connector from net going to order a hiper type r 530w psu that comes with the connector, and return the psu, can any1 comfirm that i wouldnt be able to view post due to it please.

tbh no matter what reading u getting, would deffo say that the psu u have is way 2 low & if u need 2 join it 2 u g card 2 it, u gonna suck all the power from it, u dont say what card u have thou.( check its man, c what power its recomended for) with all the top new gear u have, skimpy on a psu will just cause headaches thru time, treat u rig 2 a good psu

I dont see any mention of your gfx card, is it a x1900 by anychance, if it is, yes you need the 6pin power cable. (im guessing that goes for a lot of other cards too incl x1800 etc but I know of the lack of power cables with 1900's)
