Hi, about a month ago I upgraded my mobo, CPU and ram.
Specs are currently
Intel 12400f
MSI B660 mortar max
32 GB Kingston renegade 3600 c16
MSI 2080ti gaming x trio
Corsair hydro h115 280 aio
Corsair rm850
Corsair 780t case
Windows 10 pro
Was running fine until about 2 weeks ago I swapped all my Corsair fans to new Arctic ones and hooked them up to an arctic fan hub.
That is when the problems started, It was rebooting to a black screen with my fans ramping up to full.
I took it all apart and noticed I had cracked the corner of the sata power connector on the fan hub. So took it out and attached the fan cases to the onboard controller on my case.
Was fine for 10 days.
Then today whilst playing Lost Ark it happened again.
It's just happened 3 times in 30 minutes even on desktop.
CPU Temps are fine. my GPU is around 60 degrees whilst gaming. My hotspot sits around 80.
Windows events show a critical error each time. Kernel power 41.
Do you think it's my PSU? Just looked I purchased the PSU in 2015.
I didn't have any problems on my 5820k build prior to this.
Any help would be great
