Help please. DVD copy

I have this DVD which plays fine on a DVD/TV and on Macs but it won't work on an XP machine. I'm not too fussed about it not working on the XP machine but I'd like to copy it to my mac laptop hard disk and I can't even do this

The dvd comprises two folders. An audio_ts folder which appears to be empty and a video_ts folder containing a number of files with extensions .vob .bup and .ifo

Any help in copying this to a mac hard drive would be appreciated. thanks

Are we talking about a properly authored pressed DVD here rather than a self made burned disk? If so (and setting aside the legalities of what you're trying to do) the data is encrypted so you won't be able to copy it onto the Mac.

There are no copyright issues here. It is a professionally produced dvd made for marketing purposes. I was able to copy the dvd this one now replaces. But I can't remember how I did it.

Well Nero copies those files. But i have no idea how to get them to work on a Mac sorry.
