Hi folks,
Completed a new build last week, everything went well. Installed windows, fully updated, all drivers installed
It's a fairly standard build:
Gigabyte 78lmt USB3 motherboard
8Gb RAM (Dell memory)
GTX 460
600 Watt OCZ PSU (it's around 6 years old)
1 x SSD - Windows Install
1 x 1 tb hdd for games etc
Installed and started playing Alien Isolation last night, and around half an hour in, the screen went blank and "No Signal" was displayed on screen.
The reset button and the power button on my case also did nothing when I pressed them, so I had to unplug the PC from the mains.
Now it no longer boots...not even the bios splash screen, just a blank screen.
Lights and fans etc all spin up as normal
I have tried a minimal boot using on board graphics and one stick of RAM, still nothing.
Also tried a CMOS reset and alternative memory with no luck
Motherboard is only a week old, so I'm hoping it's not that.
I don't think it's the GTX 460 as I get the same result with onboard graphics (HDMI Out)
Meaning it could be the PSU?
