Hi all,
I have a new system as below:
Windows 10 1809 Edu
i7-8700k
32GB DDR4
500GB Evo 960 (Pri Boot, UEFI)
2Tb Spinny
1080 Ti
My cold boot times are astronomical at the moment, gone up from 15-20 seconds to well over 3 minutes, can anyone advise on where to troubleshoot? I suspect its something to do with my SSD but I have conflicting test results, my SSD tests OK with ChkDsk and actual performance once windows is running is completely fine and there's no hanging, but accessing Disk Management takes forever.
I've had MemTest86+ on the run for well over 12 hours and it never reported anything, so RAM seems fit and healthy.
I'm not sure where else to look for potential issues.
Thanks
Rob
