help please (Mail Delivery Subsystem)

hi guys for the last few days i have been getting failed mail delivery subsystem failed messages in my inbox with all sort of names i dont even know i think someone has used my email for spam and i dont know how to stop it :(

this is my main email i have logged into the account and looked at other logins of which there is a few so i have changed my password for the email account to a stupidly uber long one.

but just now i have recieved another 3 failed emails which i have never sent

the name daemon-mailer appears on most and some chinese and russian names

ive also ran adware,spyware,and antivirus all of which said im fine ,

its a sky email which uses google

any help or solution would be great thanks
 
Your account may have been spoofed. If someone sends an email pretending to be your address, and this then bounces back, you get the bounce back.

It can also take a while for emails to traverse back to you.

Of course your account could also have been compromised, it's probably that or spoofing.
 
Cheers mate sky have posted a message saying their is a problem with many accounts regards this and they are trying to sort it. I have followed their instructions and changed passwords and signed out of all sessions so will just wait a few days now and see
