Help please may get mac book pro today

With the amount of threads in this part of the forum cant people search ? :/

Every day theres a new thread about what macbook to buy, its easy, go the shop, see which one you like, google for info and search the forums for past threads.

Sorry to sound arsey but this part of the forum seems clogged with macbook questions all the same, should make a sticky stating all the questions that people seem to ask:

1. Which is better MP or MBP
2. Where can I get one for the cheapest price
3. Should i pick gloss or matte / 15" or 17"

google is your friend!

Also I have to ask if the OP is sending his posts to OCUK via a mobile phone keypad, as his efforts make txtspk coherent by comparison.

Shouldn't search at all, 2 different people will be just that, different. So, do they really care that much on how everyone told the previous guy to go for the 17" over the 15"? Doubtful, the uses will more than likely be completely different.

/Rant. ;)

Its not hard to realise if you want to game on a macbook, google the graphics card and the MBP graphics cards for specs and see what comes up, then do the same for 2GB or 1GB ram, then go the shop to see the 15" and 17" screens :)

just seems to be flooded with very similar threads every other day, a sticky would solve a lot of the problems I personally would have thought.

If you want macbook for gaming then get the 256mb card, if you want it for portability and only use it for general use, get the normal macbook, want something in between get the mbp 15"

don't mind people ranting against what i've said, makes the thread more interesting :P

Either way though, to the OPs question, go see them in person for size comparison and screen difference(matte/gloss) and google for graphics card comparisons :)
I got a 15" MBP 256mb graphics as I sold my PC and only use this for everything, but its hooked up to an external monitor so I didnt feel the need for the 17" version and I think this is big enough as when I want to do work I go home :)

Not exactly as the OP is asking for a PC spec with the multitude of bits available. There's just three models of MBP with only minor detail variations in the spec.

I'm with tsinc - it's just laziness not to search the forum or google for a couple of minutes before triggering off a massive thread with the same old questions! Whatever happened to netiquette?
