Help please my computer turns itself off while playing a game

I'm playing The Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel 4 and my PC keeps turning itself off. At first I thought it was because my graphics card was getting too hot, i thought this because I opened my case and the graphics card was the hottest thing to touch. So I downloaded this gpu fan controller software. It set it so instead of a smooth curve the fan speed would jump straight to the next speed %. When I tried it with setting my PC turned itself off when it was only 60 degrees so i think it might be a power setting issue. My power supply is 850 watts and brand new so I'm hoping it not faulty. Have you great guys got any advice for me please?

This is a video of my recording what happens.

Please note I do use a mild bit of profanity during the video so viewer discretion is advised.

Thanks again!

I have the fan it came with.

If you have the stock Intel cooler - a tiny thing - you're in trouble, though it should auto-throttle.

Get yourself Afterburner / Rivatuner and use that to monitor the CPU temperatures when you're playing games. The 11900 warrants a decent CPU cooler like the Scythe Fuma, Noctua DH14 or Dark Rock Pro. Depends how big your case is, though.

With regards to the GPU are you running both PCIe connectors off the same cable? If so, change it to running off two separate cables.

Cooler?

I have the fan it came with. When I open the case it doesn't seem that hot.
With that CPU cooler should be at least clearly warm.

Also you should monitor VRAM temperature.
There are graphics cards with bad cooling for their memory.

Okay Afterburner was showing the CPU temp at 100 before my Pc turned itself off again. I just ordered the Scythe SCFM-2000 FUMA 2 Dual Fan CPU Cooler - 2x120 mm, I'll give that a go thanks.

This is what the inside of my pc looks like

Yes, that's a stock Intel cooler. No wonder the CPU was getting to 100 degrees! Your RTX 2060 needs only one PCIe cable so that's good; some cards need two.

That's a good choice. Your new CPU cooler should come with some thermal compound but you should clean off the old stuff with isopropyl alcohol. If you haven't already got some, it's a good idea to have some thermal compound handy just in case you need to redo it again:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £8.73 (includes shipping: £2.74)

You seem to have a lot of dangling cables which isn't a good idea. Especially that Molex connector if it comes into contact with a fan. You should try and tidy them out of the way. Use zip ties to secure them and route as many as possible behind things.
