help please need to stop com6

hello
can someone help out here please
i have vista installed and am trying to uninstall windows mobile emulator but it says (com6 is use please close cellular emulator if it is running and try again)
well the emulator is closed so how can i disable com6 so i may be able to uninstall please . there does not seem to be any com port manager in device manager .

What is Com6?

Find it in device manager and disable it. You will need to know what it is though!

none whatsoever . in when i used to have xp im sure there used to be a section that listed ports
