Help please over clocking

I have a Q6600 with J & W ip35 pro bios:1.5 4GB OCZ reaper Ram.I have been looking through the forum and getting more confussed.can any one give me clear step buy step guide to clock to 3.2ghz any help most welcome.

I have that exact same CPU, B3 revision, and can reach that. Instead of posting a whole thread on the basics on overclocking though, you should read the forum post on how to overclock.

As a starter though, go into the bios and increase your FSB by 10, save, and reboot.

help with over clocking

I have tried what you have suggested does not work surley some one has a q6600 with j&w ip 35 pro.that they have over clocked that can send me details on over clocking I have had a look at the thread and am now confussed help please
