I have a laptop which for some reason will not start, tried it with power supply and without.
The laptop is a Packard Bell PEW91 and when i try to power it on the is an orange light which flashes a few times which has a picture of a lightbulb on it. I assume that this is what the problem is but for the life of me i cannot find out what this flashing means and what this indicates.
Does anyone know?
