HELP PLEASE! Pc not turning on.

Hi all,

So recently I made my first pc, with the following components:

x2 Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Card
SuperFlower Leadex Platinum 1000W Fully Modular "80 Plus Platinum" Power Supply - Black (NESF-010)
ASRock Z87 EXTREME4 Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
Intel Core i3-4330 3.50GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor
Cooler Master HAF XB Case - Black
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - OEM
Kingston 60GB SSDNow V300 Drive SATA 6Gb/s 3 2.5" (7mm height) Solid State Hard Drive - (SV300S3B7A/60G) **Upgrade Bundle Kit /w Adapter**
Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX)
Samsung SH-118AB/BEBE SATA 18x DVD-ROM (Black) - OEM

all working for for around a week.

However, today I installed my 3rd R9 290, tried to turn it on & no power.

So I took it out, tried to turn it on again still no power

I used an anti static wrist wrap, & did unplug some leads to get the gpu back in but as far as I can see it is all wired up correctly but it is not working

Could use some help please, am new to PC building.

Update: pressed the reset switch on the mobo now powers up with no gpu's in.. now to try with gpus..

re check all your power leads are properly connected, they may look ok but one my not be fitted properly or you may have unknowingly caught another connector and pulled it slightly which could cause this.
