Help please pc will not boot

hi guys im mate as given me is pc to fix . first off the psu had blow just changed that now all the fms work etc but not screen any ideas? i have tryed the vga cardin another pc and that works so whatup as he blow the cpu

Its possible, its also possible thats its taken out:

Memory
Harddrive
Motherboard

And pretty much everything inside your case. I'd start with RAM first tho.
