help please random sprites/effects!!

hi guys i seem to be getting random sprites/effects in battlefield 3 after playing for around 2 hours,I know this is normal caused by gfz problems but it is not over clocked at does not reach above 50C when playing, As a matter a fact nothing in my system gets above 50C i have a gaming tower what can this be, :confused:
 
Usually the GFX card Vram, i've seen it happen on a old card that was running at stock and seemed fine.
 
Neither was the card I had it on.

Does it do it in other games? run Furmark and see if its visible in that.
