Okay - so the computer is OLD. It just sits in a corner running specific bit of software for my Dad. I think I built it about 8 or 9 years ago for him and so I don't remember what's in it. An Athlon 1000 or something.
Anyhow - When you turn it on it just emits a high frequency beep every third of a second or so and it boots into the bios. Nothing appears really wrong with the bios - I've looked over all the settings but it just won't attempt to boot!
Any ideas?
