help please Windows 7 code 9c59 error

I've tried everything to install IE 11,9 or even 10 without success and have had to revert back to IE8. All the latest updates are downloaded etc. Driving me crazy.

Actual error code has now changed to 3715 because I tried to install IE9 ?

Thanks for the suggestion guys. I'll give them a go and report back if they work.

Edit: Nothing works so I'll use Chrome or Firefox.
