These are the system requirements

Official PC System Requirements
  • OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest update)
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-6600.
  • RAM: 8 GB.
  • Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 470 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or Intel Arc A580.
  • Video Memory: 2 GB.
  • Storage Space: SSD required with 102 GB available space at launch.
Unfortunately the system you have bought is quite old and doesn’t meet the minimum requirements

If you've just bought the pc, see about returning it immediately and get your money back. You're basically looking at replacing everything if you really want a gaming machine. Sorry to say, no way to be gentle about this. When did you buy it?

The cpu is 2nd generation intel i5. There's a new generation every year and 14th generation was replaced this year, so you're 13 generations behind (it was released jan 2011). The motherboard is socket 1155 so you could fit a 3rd gen cpu in, but wouldn't make any real differencee , it's just too old. whatever you put in would just be a bottleneck for a new gen gaming gpu

the way it works with intel, is they release a new cpu every year and mobo, but the socket type changes every 2nd year, so whenever you buy an intel, you may have the last cpu gneration for the mobo, or get 1 more year only...rather limits upgradeability without having to upgrade the motherboard at the same time

tThe gt710 (released mar 2014) is hopeless out of date for gaming also it's performance, and with only 2gb vram, and the pc ram is DDR3 8gb, which really isn't enough either. At min you need 16gb, pref 32...current ram is ddr5 also

As others have said, the PC does not meet the requirements for Black Ops 6 which is why you are having the problems.

If possible, return it and get a refund. Then post back here with a budget and someone can suggest a build for you. Going by the specs though I have a feeling its going to be a 2nd hand unit from a private seller which returning it is it going to be possible.

Surprised that Black Ops 6 will even run at all on that PC tbh.

Looks like it may have cost £240 if bought from the Google result I found. OP you should really try and get a refund if you can - it might be marketed as a gaming PC, but it's really bottom of the barrel I'm afraid.

Hate to say it, but if you want to play modern fps games like that and have a limited budget then you'll probably get a much better experience from a PS5 or Xbox than a budget PC, unless you snag some good deals on second hand components and build something yourself.
