run memtest
give this one a try first

http://hcidesign.com/memtest/

then the dos one if that doesn't find any errors!

i have ran that, and i get a lot of problems. Many messeges saying memory error detected copying between word pairs# then it says loads of numbers, this happened 4 times in a matter of 5 minutes.

On there website it says that means the RAM is bad. Is that true? if so how do i fix it, or do i need to get a replacemnt from the company, i guess this comes under life time warrenty with them yes?

I see that you have 2 ram sticks in your sig. Try pulling them one at a time and re running memtest to establish which one if not both is bad.

well i ran 2 memtests at a time and 1 of them was 100% for the 5 minutes that i tested, and the other was the one having all hte problems.

No im not overlcoking them one bit.

How do i up the voltage?

well i've changed the settings on the bios back to auto, they were what the RAM said it could do so i dont understand the problem, but anyways the test so far hasn't shown any problems since the change to auto.
