If an 18 yeatr old took a country lane bend too fast, lost control of a car and rolled it twice into someones garden.... police took statements off passers by etc... does anyone know of the likely punishment for the driver?

Careless/Dangerous Driving? Ban? Points?

And for an 18 year old I guess that would mean retake test etc.
