Help please 
- pc crashed and now very very slow
Hi,
i was playing crysis earier and got to the part where you have to escape from the mine and the screen went black and everything frooze.
i turned the pc off at the back and then restarted itt, everything has gone very very very slow. i have done a system restore and i am doing windows update as we speak but it is going very slow. i havent had any updates within the last 5 days so i cant see how it can be a update issue, unless it was a graphics card driver issue that has just reared it's ugly head.
anyway
all 4 cores are running at under 5% while doing windows update with memory usage at 49% (which is average for vista 64 bit while updating.
