looks ok but will the gpus fit in your tower?

Mobo looks o.k for it as long as your psu has enough wattage, I've got an Ipower 9920 and that has a 750 watt psu but I have read some reviews of Packard Bell towers with 400 watt psu's which would stuggle with sli.

mobo looks, but double check your PSU.
get 1gb cards, if you game in high res.

A single GTX 275 or HD 5850 would be far better then using two GTS 250 cards in SLI

Yep got to be crazy to go with that setup.
He could save a load of cash by swapping out the 275 for a 4890 as well.

Edit: Why do people just simply answer his question and not let him know there are better solutions available?

did you have a 9800 gt in there?

you'll see a better performace bump if you got a ati 5850 or nvidia gtx 275.
two gts250 is a waste in my opinion.
