Urgent help needed please.....
Taken off the cpu fan and forgot which way around the fan should go back... does the air blow towards the cpu heatsink or outwards?

completely forgot......

With a tower type heatsink, the fan should blow through the cooler fins towards the rear case fan. Like so.

I think it should be blowing towards the heatsink then to the back/top of case.

Depends whether the fan is fitted to the front or rear of the heatsink either way you want air being pushed or pulled through your heatsink fins so work it out from there.
A pic would help loads & knowing what cooler/heatsink we are talking about.
