Bought this with the build i got but the pc wont read the disk... It will read my non legit copy of windows but not this one... Anyone got any ideas as to why and how to rectify the situation?

(I would use the dodgy copy i have permanently but i bought this one so i didn't have to use it on a new system.)

It says easy release. Just slide the clip up and it should pop out. But i am unable to remove and of them...
